Why would God want us to sing? Well, there are multiple reasons! Here’s one reason: Singing can help us remember important things. 

Think about it! Aren’t most things easier to remember when they’re set to song? For instance, did you have an elementary teacher set important facts or multiplication tables to a musical tune to help you remember them? It works, right?! 

In the same way, singing songs that describe God’s character and His goodness can help us remember who God is—especially in the moments we’re tempted to forget because of something going on in our life. 

So no matter what kind of singer you are, today, don’t be afraid to sing to God to help you remember who He is and what He’s done for you.
