Immersed in Heaven’s Healing Rain We live on an orphan planet that desperately needs the unconditional love of Father God. So many people live with an orphan heart that feels abandoned, rejected, misunderstood, and even entitled. This often begins with a father wound or a mother wound. Someone in authority didn’t provide the security these people needed, so their identities got entangled with mistaken mindsets. They became obsessed with performing to please, striving to achieve, perfecting to control, identifying as a victim, and/or medicating to escape. Do any of these sound like a pattern you’ve observed in yourself or others? People with orphan hearts keep trying to fill the void inside, striving to find love in all the wrong places—forgetting that they already have their heavenly Father’s unconditional love. They may even bristle at calling God their Father because of wounding or rejection they went through from their earthly parents. You may be among that group. You can be honest with God about those emotions! Healing is available, even for the deeply wounded heart. Position yourself to receive healing and revelation from the Father about this. You and I only find security, rest, and peace nestled into a love relationship with the Father, made possible for each of us by the atoning sacrifice of the Son and the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Our Father in heaven has provided everything we need for life, love, relationships, and provision. Even if we are unfaithful, God will always be faithful to us. Your conduct and choices do not stop His love, which is constantly flowing your way from heaven. When you embrace His passionate heart for you, it’s like turning on the shower and getting in. You become immersed in healing rain! God has so many promises for you. He has already said, “Yes.” You need to just come into agreement and say, “Amen.” He has anointed you and set His seal of the Holy Spirit on your life. Immersing yourself in His love will bring balance and wholeness to your mind, your body, and your heart. His anointing presence will not only heal the wounds of your heart but will overflow into the hearts of everyone around you. As you focus on loving God and loving others, supernatural power from heaven will infuse not only your mind and heart but your body as well.
