## Day 3 — Board of Inquiry ### Pray: Lord God, quiet my soul and open my mind and heart to receive Your Word. Amen. ### Read: Acts 4:1-37 ### Reflect Peter and the rest of the disciples were charged with teaching the people of Israel about Jesus. Their message was not always welcome, especially by Jewish priests and leaders. When the Jewish rulers challenged the apostles for disobeying a direct order, what did Peter tell them? How did the apostles respond to being beaten for what they had done (v.41-42)? How strong is my faith during tough times? How may I strengthen my faith? ### Respond I will continue to share the gospel of Jesus Christ even when to do so might cause me pain. Let my voice ring out in glory to Your son Jesus. Amen.
