In a season as ambiguous as this one, it’s easy to let our standards change and shift. It’s easy to impose our standards on other people's growth, but often times it is hard for us to accept correction from others. It is the Holy Spirit’s job to work on our behalf. As Christians, we accept grace for salvation, and we accept correction for sanctification, which is where we grow in our faith. In the same way that the Holy Spirit speaks to us, He can speak to other people as well. Most people slow down spiritually because they stop allowing the Holy Spirit to do his work. Questions: 1\. Have I allowed the Holy Spirit to do his work in this season? 2\. What are some areas where I have stopped letting the Holy Spirit bring correction? Ask God to come into those areas and do some changing work on your behalf.
