Because of their sins, “good things” have been withheld, and evildoers live among the people. Scripture Reading Jeremiah 5:20-31 Today’s Key Verse: Jeremiah 5:22a “I am the LORD; why don’t you fear me?” Reflect For what things will the people be punished? Reread verses 30 and 31.
