## Fasting Day 3: Praying Over Your Finances Today, it's time to pray over your financial seeds. Money impacts almost every area of your life in this modern world. Therefore, it's important to cover your finances with fervent prayer! ## Pray along the following lines today: * Thank the Lord for every harvest He has every given you on your financial giving. * Remember several specific occasions on which He blessed you financially. Remind Him of the awesome things He did for you during those times! * Tell the Lord and yourself, verbally and emphatically, that you believe and know He isn't finished with you yet—and that He still has WONDERFUL things in store for you! Confess your faith that He has things in store for you which are even better than the best things He has done in the past! * Ask the Lord to do those things for you TODAY which eye has not seen, ear has not heard, and which have not even entered into the heart of man—the things He has stored up for you in Heaven (1 Corinthians 2:9). * Ask Him to release His creative works on your behalf today. * Ask Him to surround you with favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12). * Ask Him to put His power and His influence to work on your behalf today—and to let you see His power and influence accomplishing big things for you right now! * Remind the Lord that, according to His Word , He is a Rewarder of those who diligently seek Him—and that we cannot please Him without believing He exists AND that He IS our Rewarder when we seek Him (Hebrews 11:6)! * Cry out to Him and tell Him that you want to please Him, so you believe He will reward you. * Remind Him that He is reward enough; however, since Hebrews 11:6 says He wants to reward you in additional ways, tell Him that you surrender to His reward system. Invite Him to "bring it on!" * Ask Him to bring you a thousand-fold harvest from every financial seed you have ever sown into His Kingdom, regardless of when or where it was sown (Deuteronomy 1:11). * Ask Him to protect, guarantee, accelerate, and manifest your harvest today in your life. * Pray for the plowman to overtake the reaper in your life. Ask Father God to cause your harvests to chase you down before you have even finished sowing! * Remind the Lord that His Word shows He will make the same things happen for you that YOU make happen for others. Remind Him about specific blessings you have made happen for others, and ask Him to make those same blessings happen for you! * Remind the Lord of His promise that, if you give, it will come back to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over shall be given into your bosom. Thank the Lord for every occasion upon He has fulfilled this promise already. * For every time you have given but haven't seen this promise manifest yet, remind the Lord of His Word and ask Him to fulfill this promise in your life. Beloved, your prayers are powerful. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person gets mighty results (James 5:16).
