Self-hatred Sometimes we find ourselves struggling with being "in-like" with our own selves. We struggle with negative thoughts and doubts about God's love. And such thoughts and doubts hinder the flow of the resurrection power in our lives. The only thing to do with such thoughts is take them to and nail them to The Cross. Do not give in to doubts about God's love, it is a trap set by the enemy. God has demonstrated His love for you already in The Cross. Every time you have doubts about God's love for you, look at The Cross. God did not spare Jesus, His only Son for you. God really, really, really loves you and that is the beauty of The Cross. A lot of us are accustomed to a love that must be earned either from parents or people we are in relationship with. But God loves you with a forever-love. He loves you totally and unconditionally. Prayer: Lord Jesus, knowing that I am created in Your image and likeness is beautiful. Your love is overwhelming.
