Immanuel means “God with us.” It was the name the prophet Isaiah declared hundreds of years before Jesus was even born. Jesus was not like any other baby. Jesus is God with us, walking among His very own creation. It can seem like a mystery. How can our great big God come to earth as a baby? The mystery of Christmas is Jesus, God revealed. This is good news that leads us to worship Him.
