Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. We need to create margin for God to move in a freeing way. There is so much that can be reset within our lives by the Holy Spirit.
The Bible reveals at least eight distinct things that the Holy Spirit does in our lives. The Word of God shows us that:
- He convicts us of sin
- Divinely seals and protects us
- Dwells within us
- Helps and advocates on our behalf
- Reminds us of what He’s already done or said
- Leads us forward in peace, love and self-control
- He equips us with spiritual gifts, and
- Gives us divine power and authority to do His work on the Earth.
He is the One who comes alongside of us for every good work in order that our lives might be the greatest reflection of Jesus. There is truly so much to who He is; may we be led forward in an endless pursuit of Him.
