Who Is Leading You?Sample

As water takes three forms in liquid, frozen ice, or gas (seen as steam), so the Trinity exists as Father God, His Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. We believe that one God exists in three persons. 

The disciples didn’t fully understand Jesus, while He prepared them for what was to come in His death and resurrection. As we read scripture, we can see their unfolding fears and honest questions about His nature. We can see that they didn’t understand that He was 100% God and 100% man. 

Jesus spoke of this Advocate, the Holy Spirit, that He would leave behind on the Earth. If Jesus gave us this gift, we can know Him as the promised Advocate and our Help. We’ve been left so much and are equipped as we grow in relationship with the Holy Spirit. There is so much that the Holy Spirit wants to do.

Do you feel the same closeness with the Holy Spirit as you would in relationship with Father God or Jesus Himself?  

Consider your current friendships or faith community. With whom or in what setting would you have the ability to ask honest questions about the Holy Spirit?
