Would you have made those same decisions on your own? Why? Lloyd is so focused on his chance to make money on the Isle that he doesn’t realize the danger he is in - from the fog, or the explosion! Perhaps the fog is part of the problem. If you’d had time to chat, what would you have said to him? Something to think about while you are reading today’s passage: Even with the angels right there, Lot is hesitant to leave the city - and he’s just been telling everyone else to go! Why do we sometimes want to make poor choices even when the consequences are clear?
