Heart Condition What is the condition of your spiritual heart? In the natural, certain heart conditions can cause people to die unexpectedly. Any one of us can have a fatal spiritual heart condition as well. The heart is a muscular organ that pumps blood throughout your entire body. It is also the central or the innermost part of your being. Your heart is your spirit man. Your heart is where the Holy Spirit resides from the moment of salvation. Your heart is the seat of your emotions. It is where your motives, thoughts, intentions, and desires reside. The state of your heart is the state of your life. Unforgiveness is a sin that connects the heart and the mouth. Someone did something to you, and you cannot let it go. Your heart is wounded, and you are bleeding out through the thoughts you think and the words you say. Much like a shark is drawn to blood in the water, our enemy can sense a wounded heart. The last thing you want is to attract the enemy because where he is, more problems will exist. You want to heal that wound . . . stop the bleeding. You want to be whole again. If we do not forgive others their sins and trespasses, God will not forgive us. We will suffer many wounds in this life. The Lord knows it. But I am writing to speak life to you, to speak freedom and healing to you so that you will not be lost in spiritual darkness. Child of God, Jesus was sent to pay the huge debt that we could not pay. It was far more than billions of dollars. It cost Him His perfect life. But even though it cost Him, Jesus paid the debt for us. Knowing that how is it that we cannot forgive others for their little offenses? God is forgiving us every day for our great offenses. I am asking you to examine yourself today. Unforgiveness may be why you are not advancing. It may be why you are not experiencing revival, or why you are not on fire for the things of God. Who do you need to release? Maybe you did not know it when you got up this morning, but today is your day!
