Maintaining Your God-Given Freedom Let me end with these reminders and exhortations for you. First, I want you to bear in mind that Satan, your adversary, is lurking around, ready for any occasion to attack you. 1\. Renounce every unconfessed sin. 2\. Renounce every case of information that the enemy has against you in his archives, in the heavenly realms. Negate it through the blood of Jesus. 3\. Make this declaration: I am redeemed from the hand of the devil by the blood of Jesus. I maintain my redemption rights, and I proclaim that through the blood of Jesus Christ, thrones, dominions, altars, principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, spiritual hosts of wickedness, and every satanic work have no authority over me. I declare that the enemy is deprived of any access to my life and destiny. I maintain my God-given position in heavenly places, and the enemy is under my feet. Absolute victory is mine in Jesus’ name. “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith.” (1 Pet. 5:8). “Neither give place to the devil” (Eph. 4:27). Secondly, it is important to remember that Satan has demons under his command, called the strong man, who desires to subject you to the devil’s control. Bind the strong man aggressively and claim your inheritance in Jesus’ name. Lastly, maintain your God-given freedom and liberty by standing firm in God. You can do this by: • Meditating on God’s Word (Ps. 1:1-3). • Making prayer your habit (1 Thess. 5:17). • Finding a Bible-believing church. • Become active in the house of God. Spiritual idleness opens you to the activities of demons and the strong man’s gaining a hold over your life. Prayer: Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, I repent and renounce every sin in my life. I renounce every curse operating in my life. In the name of Jesus, I bind the strong man and all his agents; and I break every accusation enforced against me. I break the curse of poverty, lack, debt, and insufficiency. In the name of Jesus, I exercise dominion and authority over the strong man operating under any curse in my life; and I release my inheritance from the strong man. I declare that I am redeemed from the curse of the law by the blood of Jesus, and I loose myself and those of my household from all curses and their effects in the name of Jesus Christ the Son of the living God.
