We observe that how we treat others is how we are treated. We see that in Jacob’s life. It makes us responsible for our actions. Some actions we see repeated even after a generation. We need to be careful as to what we pass on to the next generation. We need to ask God to give us ideas of how to communicate our mistakes to them, that they do not repeat it. Most of all, we need to teach them to have a relationship with God.
