Ephesians

DAY 14 OF 30

Do you have moments when you find yourself moving through life focusing on what we solely can or can’t accomplish? This is a common pattern that can lead to doubt, fear, discouragement, settling, and limitations. In verse 20, Paul says “Now all glory to God, who is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.”

This is an excellent representation of what happens when we choose to partner with God, understanding that His power is far more superior and abundant than what we could ever do on our own. How amazing is it to know that we serve a God who cares about every aspect of our lives and places unique dreams, ideas, and callings within all of us?! Although some may seem unattainable, we can stand boldly and confidently knowing that we are not alone! He will continue to equip us with the tools we need to succeed, taking us to new heights that are beyond human belief. We simply need to relinquish control, giving Him space to work in and through us.

As we begin and continue to reap the benefits of God’s infinite power and see abundance in our lives, we must always remember to:

1. Give God the glory - It is truly an honor to partner with Him. All things are from Him & for Him. He deserves it!

2. Remain humble - We deserve nothing and are thankful for everything!

3. Operate out of grace and love - Our gifts should be used to further spread love and continue to grow the kingdom. Never should our growth put others down in any way.

4. Choose unity - We are one under Christ. Every word, thought, and action should reflect this.

Prayer Points

  • Thank God for loving you and making you uniquely you.
  • Ask God to help you trust Him with every area of your life, giving Him complete control over each step, idea, and decision.
  • Ask God to help you remain humble, to love others well, and pursue unity in the body of Christ.
