Faith Is Powerful. 

Faith is more powerful than fear. Faith can overcome obstacles, faith can see you through any situation, faith can cause miracles to happen, faith can make a way where there is no way. Faith can calm storms. Imagine being out in a wooden boat in the middle of a storm, the waves crashing, the boat rocking, the thunder and lightning billowing overhead. There are a lot of reasons to fear that storm. But there are more reasons to have FAITH in GOD. 

Faith is more powerful than any storm. Faith is more powerful than your fear. Faith calms the storm. Jesus called Peter out onto the water to walk towards Him. Peter didn’t know what was going to happen, he stretched one leg out and stood on the water, then the other leg and began to walk. Keeping his eyes on Jesus His faith was more powerful than his fear, then the moment he took his eyes off Jesus, he began to sink. Jesus reached out and caught him and as they climbed back into the boat the storm stopped, the waves were calm. Faith in God is powerful enough to calm a raging storm. 

PRAY
Dear God, Thank you that faith is more powerful than fear. We don’t have to face life with fear, we can live a life of faith! In Jesus’ name, Amen
