CAN’T STOP, WON’T STOP

I am so absolutely proud of you because you made it to the final day of our, You’re Gonna Make It reading plan!

If you are applying the things we are talking about, your life is transforming, and you are unlocking God’s hope and resilience in more powerful ways than ever.

It’s a principle of life: you need to crawl before you can walk and walk before you can run. Your journey of living a victorious Christian life always begins with a few little wins, like this one, but with consistency comes results.

So, remember your foundation. It all begins with hope. Hope is a key ingredient to a life of faith. Followers of Jesus should be the most hopeful people ever because life is messy, but Jesus is real. He conquered sin and death, and He empowers us by His Spirit.

Hope alone is not enough. We need that grit, the sustained persistence to apply hope to our everyday life, to direct our choices and actions no matter what we are going through. God has a plan, and we need to keep going until He does what He intends. I like to remind people that “can’t stop, won’t stop” is a very Biblical idea.

I want to encourage you - you’re gonna make it because of Jesus! He is good and has an amazing plan. Not only that you make it, but you inspire others along the way, allowing Jesus’ light to shine through you as you hope in Him. As you persevere through suffering, fear, anxiety, and stress and keep going, others will know that Jesus is real because they witnessed your journey. It inspired them to do the same. This is what leaving a legacy is all about!

Today I want to pray this prayer together:

Father,

Thank you for this journey of hope. For all of us, this journey is not yet complete. So, help us trust and abide in Jesus. We want to walk in hope and grit that your unstoppable victory will be seen in our lives. Lead us by your Spirit. Thank you for loving us and saving us. Thank you for your grace which we need so desperately. Help us to stay hopeful and resilient until You move. In Jesus’ name, Amen
