"Use your superpower! God wants you to talk to Him."

God wants to be close to you, and He’s waiting for you to come and talk to Him. It’s easy to get distracted, especially if you’re feeling sad, angry, or frustrated. 

It’s also easy to forget about Him when you’re happy or when things are going really well. To get close to God, you have to talk to Him as often as you can. That can be tough, though, because we can’t see Him. 

Think of it like this: When you want to pray, imagine God is standing on the other side of a closed window. If you want Him to hear you, you have to open it. No matter what situation you find yourself in, it’s easy. Just open the window and tell him what’s on your mind. 

Activity: 
“DRAW” near to God.
Draw a picture, using today’s verse from Hebrews as inspiration: God on the “throne of grace” and you walking toward him with your head held high. Color it in and hang it in your room as a reminder of how you get closer to God when you pray to Him.
