Grace Like A Wave

Imagine …

Getting in trouble with your mom, but instead of punishing you, she takes you out for ice cream.

OR

Pushing a classmate on the playground, and instead of her telling the teacher, she invites you to play catch.

That’s grace; getting something you don’t deserve.

The chorus of “Grace Like A Wave” says:
Grace come like a wave
Crashing over me
Grace comes like a wave
Crashing over and over and over

God’s grace is like the waves in the ocean - waves never stop crashing onto the shore but keep coming and coming, one after the other. This is the grace God gives us, too!

Grace is what Jesus gave us when he died on the cross for our sins. God sent Jesus to earth to take our punishment so we could have a relationship with Him. No matter what we do or say, God’s great love for us will never ever stop.
