We all mess up and make mistakes from time to time and when we realise we've done the wrong thing, it can feel terrible. Being a Christian and being saved doesn't mean we'll never mess up; we still make mistakes and get it wrong. The good news is that God doesn't work on the rule of ‘three strikes and you're out’; His forgiveness is not a limited time only offer.
God's forgiveness is available for us; Jesus died on the cross and rose again taking the punishment for our sin. We don't need to go on feeling weighed down by sin because we are forgiven, declare over your life, “I am forgiven”.
