When life gets challenging, who do you go to first? Do you talk to a friend, a family member, or a mentor?
While it can be helpful to go to a trusted person, they will only be able to do so much. The best person we can go to is God.
This passage reminds us to come to God with whatever we are struggling with. God can handle it. He wants you to bring it to him. Sometimes, during crazy times, we can even forget to talk to God about it.
How can you make sure you go to God first?
Challenge: Today, we challenge you to set a reminder on your phone to start your day by bringing your fears and cares to God. Starting your day off talking to God will help you give over your burdens to him and bring you peace.
