Be Not Conformed To This World. 

“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Don’t conform to the enemy. Don’t conform to the things of this world. Do not conform to the enemy’s way of doing things. Romans‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭NLT‬‬ declares, “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.” 

Do not pattern yourself after the ways of the world. Do not conform to the kingdom of darkness. Through the Word of God, let His Light transform your life. Let His Light transform you completely from the inside out. 

The Amplified Version expounds on Romans‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ in the following manner, “Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].” 

Let your mind be renewed by His Word. Don’t conform or warp your heart around the perverted customs of this age. Choose to surrender to Christ. Don’t let the way of the enemy rule and reign within the borders of your heart. Choose to serve and honor God. Let Christ lead and Light your path.
