One of God’s promises that I cling to is that God is always faithful, that He will never let me down. These verses in Lamentations remind me every day that mistakes I made yesterday, or even years ago, should not keep me from moving forward.
He is so forgiving and cares for us deeply. The evidence is on the cross.
God has a purpose for you. He will walk with you and never let you down, even in the middle of the battle. He has fulfilled His promises before, why wouldn’t He do it for you?
Read these verses to yourself. Declare who God is and that He is always faithful.
Where has God fulfilled His promises in your life? Where, in your life, do you still need to surrender to Him, to believe in His faithfulness?
