Has anyone ever told you: “You don’t measure up”?

Our years in school can sometimes leave us with memories and scars that we’d rather forget. Sadly, it can be rare to find real, permanent encouragement and praise for students in our educational systems today.

Instead, grades, punishments, or comparisons often sent us messages like…“You’ll never be good enough,” “you don’t measure up,” “you’re not smart enough,” or simply, “you’re not capable of doing this.”

But God says something different!

And His is the voice we need to listen to.

God says to us, to you and me, You are fully capable! You have the mind of Christ...you are brilliant and enough! I believe in you. You have already overcome so many challenges! Take a step, go forward...I’m with you!”

Let these words become real to you today, my friend. Let them lift you up!

Reread them and listen to them one more time. Declare to yourself, “You are fully capable! You have the mind of Christ...you are brilliant and enough! God believes in you. You have already overcome so many challenges! Take a step, go forward...God is with you!”
