Last year I stood in the Garden Tomb in Jerusalem. Even if it cannot be clarified historically whether Jesus was actually in this grave, it was a special place for me. I realized that the grave is the place where the greatest miracle ever happened. Jesus died like a human. He falls into the hands of his Father with complete confidence. 

Afterwards the divine aspect becomes clear. After 3 days, the Holy Spirit awakens him from the dead. Jesus walks with his resurrection body through the entrance, through which they have carried him as a dead man. This thought overwhelms me. 

How wonderful is Jesus. The same Jesus, but in a new body, is walking through the streets in Jerusalem.

It gets even crazier. The Bible says that when we accept Jesus, the same spirit that raised him from the dead lives in us too.

The resurrection with this new body is yet to come, but already we may say to God “Abba Father”, because the Holy Spirit lives in us and has saved us from the dead. We are already brothers and sisters of Jesus.

If we really have that in our minds and hearts, everything is possible. However, we will never really understand that if the Holy Spirit does not reveal it to us. So let us work with God's help.

ACTION STEP:

Start praying today that the Holy Spirit will tell you what kind of power he has in you.
