Brave to trust
God doesn't say, “Understand me.” He says, “Trust me.” Trusting without understanding takes a brave faith. There will be many times when we don’t understand what God is doing. But God is faithful, and we know He is good, so we can trust Him with all of our heart.
Our own understanding cannot comprehend the greatness of God’s will and plan for our lives. Being brave to trust even when we don’t understand is like stepping out of a boat in the middle of a lake because Jesus said so. We can be brave to trust because of what we know about our God: He will always show you which path to take.
Thank You, God, for Your faithfulness and goodness. Thank You for giving me the strength to be brave to trust You even when I don’t understand. God, I know Your plan for me is good. Remind me to seek Your will in all I do so I can see the path You have for me. I want to trust You with all of my heart. Amen.
