Thoughts on the message
Our words reveal our hearts. Just like it revealed the heart of the leaders who said Jesus was controlled by Satan. Think back today about what people around you said that revealed their hearts to you. That is what our words do as well. They expose whether our thoughts are good or bad.
God holds us accountable for what we say. It may happen now—and people see who we really are. It may happen later at judgment day. Regardless, our words will have their day.
Watch your words today.
Time to Pray
Father, today I ask for a lot of help. First, so that my words reflect You. Secondly, I want my words to reflect a good heart. I want—above all—to have Your heart. That way I never have to worry about the words I say. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
