God wants to heal and deliver you from people pleasing and this will include healing the root. Give to God all your wounds, even the ones from childhood that you never discussed. Allow his healing power to flow through your veins, searching even the deepest wound and scar that has now become your normal. Don’t believe the lie that some scars are permanent. Though it may have happened in your life and will always be a part of your story, it’s not meant to always be a scar.
