After praying to God, Jesus calls Lazarus out of the tomb and instructs the onlookers to remove Lazarus’s burial cloths. Following the resurrection of Lazarus, the religious leaders make plans to kill Jesus. Today’s Scripture: John 11:40 (GNT) Jesus said to her, “Didn’t I tell you that you would see God’s glory if you believed?” Today’s Reading John 11:28-57 Reflect When Mary meets Jesus, she says the same thing (verse 32) posed earlier by her sister Martha (verse 21).
