## Be a channel of blessing One success measure of a disciple of Christ is how God can use his life to be a channel of blessing and goodness to others so that people may know Him. What distinguishes Christ's followers from the world's people is the hope of eternal life after death and God's faithful love that enables us to live for Christ. People who do not know the Lord and His gift of salvation - especially those who are less fortunate and have so many life pressures - might wonder where God is. Why does the almighty and all-loving God allow suffering for humans? In line with our duty to be the bearers of the good news to unbelievers, we must be real witnesses in action. We must become the channels of blessing, where our light shines before people so that they can see and feel the love of Christ and a glimmer of hope. Being a channel of blessing is important. We have to realize that the blessings we receive such as salvation, blessings in material form, healthy bodies and minds, and supportive communities are gifts from God.
