God's Will for Your LifeSample

Remember Why You’re Here and Be Like Noah Here are two more things that are God’s will for you in these last days: #4 Be a light . In Matthew 5, Jesus said, You are the salt of the earth…You are the light of the world…Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. (vv. 13-16) The world needs us now! Someone has to have faith and point people to God – it’s why you’re here. The Apostle Paul said it this way , Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life… (Philippians 2:14-16). So go ahead and shine your light today. Be the person of faith who stands strong and who reaches the lost. Believe God to shake your city, your state, and your nation. Remember why you’re here. #5 Keep going. In Matthew 24:37-44 we read how Noah -- when everything and everyone around him was headed for annihilation – just kept faithfully building the ark. No matter what was happening all around him, Noah kept his eyes on what God had called him to do and kept going. We should be doing the same. Don’t let the pressures, fears, and deceptions of society today keep you from moving towards God’s plan. All things are still possible to those who believe (Mark 9:23) – keep believing! This is no time to stop dreaming, or carrying out God’s calling and plan. God’s got things to do and He wants to do them through you. Satan wants us to be distracted by all the chaos around us, but Romans 8:31 says, If God is for us, who can be against us? His will is for you to believe and succeed. So be like Noah and keep going.
