The Healing at the Pool | John 5:1-15 (NIV) A little backstory - This is about a man who had been waiting for 38-years to go into the Bethesda pool. He’s been unable to walk, and lying on streets.- The Jesus comes. "When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?” “Sir,” the invalid replied, “I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes down ahead of me."Then Jesus said to him, “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.” And that man walked." Sometimes we want God to bring us to a certain place, or give us a certain piece to receive a breakthrough. What if that isn't always the case? Maybe you are in a situation like that man? Unable to walk, lonely, confused, and waiting on God. What if God is trying to show you that He is all you need. What if God is enough for you? What if God is telling you today to “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.” God is coming to meet you where you are. He knows what to do. He is enough.
