### POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT The Holy Spirit is our advantage, a source of power and guidance in our day-to-day life. Living our lives submitted to the Holy Spirit gives us the upgrade in our walk with Christ. The Holy Spirit is not extra, He’s essential. Jesus promises the Holy Spirit as our helper! The Bible never refers to the Holy Spirit as “it”. The reason this is important is if you don’t see Him as a person you will not develop a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit. As we start the year spiritually sharp, we need the guidance and help of the Holy Spirit to lead us. Jesus promises that we are never alone when He departs from the Earth and sends the Holy Spirit to be our teacher and assurance. When the power of the Holy Spirit is released in your life there is a supernatural advantage because God is with you. Is there any area of your life that you need help with? Maybe you need help in your marriage, family, or business. Ask the Holy Spirit! Releasing the power of the Holy Spirit in your life is the ultimate upgrade. Prayer: God, I thank You for your presence in my life. I thank You for my salvation found in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. I thank You that when I receive Jesus, I have access to the person of the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, I ask You to open my heart to hear from You. I ask You for guidance to talk and walk with me today. I pray for the ability to listen and obey You as my helper and my advantage. In Jesus' name, I pray, amen!
