We can talk to God at any time and in any place. Do you find that you talk to God more when you need help or are in trouble?
One of the best things God does is to give us peace inside. What’s worrying us might still be there but it stops being such a big thing! God helps us to trust him.
In his letter to Christian people in the city of Philippi, Paul tells them how to pray. Read the verses now. What does he tell them to do in verse 6?
What will happen? What will God do for us? How will we think and feel? Check out verse 7 to see. Paul says that God will do this – we can trust him.
Pray: When you need peace inside, start by thanking God for his love and care. Then ask him to look after you and to answer your prayer. Give God’s promise a go!
