I waited patiently for the Lord as I prayed for healing for my mother. He inclined His ear to me and heard my cry for help. As the Lord bent down to listen to my prayers, I felt His abounding love, and amazing grace lavished all over me. I knew He heard me because I felt a peace I could not explain. A surpassing peace covered me from head to toe, and I knew He was with me. In the moments of my brokenness, it was well with my soul. My heart was hurting, but my soul was filled with His perfect peace because I knew I was not alone. My Lord would bring healing from worry as I kept my focus on Him.

Have you ever felt this peace that could not be explained right in the midst of your heartache? This is the peace from Christ promised to you. Even when you do not understand all the details or why you must go through this hard time, know the love of Jesus Christ will carry you through it. He sacrificed all for you because He loves you immensely. Remember the promise and forget the problem. Keep your focus on your Lord Jesus! He is always with you!

PRAYER

Dear Lord, Thank you for loving me as you do. You knew me before I was born. Before you formed me in the womb, you loved me. And now, you know everything I need. As I pray for Your guidance, I feel Your peace, my problems disappear, and all is well with my soul. In Jesus’ name, Amen
