1. Read Psalm 112:1, 4-6. How do the traits of being “generous, compassionate, and righteous” lead people to deeper happiness? Give an example from your own life or another’s.

2. Read Luke 6:38. In the long run, God brings about good for those who are generous and have integrity. What causes people to be stingy or cut corners on their integrity? How have you seen someone’s generosity and/or integrity bring a harvest of good into their life?

3. Share a time when God gave you extraordinary calm in the midst of a crisis. What did you sense from God that made the difference?

4. Name a person in your life (past or present) who had an unforgettably positive impact on you. What can you do in 2020 to begin to leave a legacy?
