Tithes and Offerings Options

Giving is our expression of trust as followers of the Word of God. We give our tithe (Hebrew for 10%) saying "God, we trust that you are our provider" and He seemingly always provides! We understand this may be new to some, but we encourage you to start wherever you can.
-If you have never given, trust God with something--some percentage.
-If you have trusted God with something, trust him with the 10%.
-If you have trusted God with the 10%, lets trust him with more.
Generosity starts after the tithe and God has called us to be generous just like him.

5 Ways to Give:
In Service
Online - (Link Below)
Church Center App
Text any amount to 84321
Offering Box by Soundbooth

Revelation 5:1-4

CATCH ME UP FROM LAST WEEK!!
Overview
-For the past 3 weeks, we have been delving into what is arguably one of the most important events in revelation where you see the coming together of the multidimensional faces of Space, time, evil and good. Now, I would love to tap into every aspect of what we have discussed, but that would take the whole service.

--In that, Revelation 5:1-4, we see a scene play out where John is weeping about a scroll not being able to be open due to implications that stay in place against this world if they cannot be played out as written.
---That scroll is a title deed and a last will and testament—to put into modern day terms— God has for the redemption of this planet itself.
---Remember, not only did man fall under a curse, but the earth fell under a curse when Adam willingly and knowingly turned over his dominion to the adversary (Satan).
---Now man has been redeemed by the power and blood of Jesus Christ and his blood is enough to redeem this earth as well because we can see that he is the only one able to open the scroll.
--The difficulty is that if you don’t get ch5, you will miss the rest of the book. It will remain a mystery and that is reason we have spent so much time here.
---In that, most people want to know the what, but until you know the why, the what doesn’t make sense. So, we have been walking through the why of what’s happening revelation for the last several weeks, but today we are going go a little further.

--If you are going to be somebody that has wisdom of the things of revelation, you have to recognize that this is a 3D book. If you look at it from 1D perspective this book will be overwhelming.
---The angel says no one in heaven, on the earth or under the earth… that opens our eyes to the fact that it is multidimensional. Hopefully this poses the desire to go back and read revelation!
---The beginning of Revelation deals with earth, then when you get to chapter 5 (where we have been) you get a glimpse of heaven. Then we are now going back down to earth… and you are also going to get a glimpse of hell at the same time. And if you try to sequence this with a 1D viewpoint, it will blow up on you!
---Past Present Future - time converging together
---Heaven Earth Under the Earth - space
---Sin Curse Death - Devil
---Righteousness Mercy Justice - God
--You are seeing all of these interacting together
Most have a hard time because in 1D, you see God up there and we are fearfully living through this down here.
Revelation 1-5 = Jesus 2.0
--Glorified King
--Overcomer
--Worthy to take the scroll

Revelation 6-18 = All hell breaks loose
--We dig here today

Revelation 19-22 = Hallelujah, We Win!!
Ch. 6-18 events of the tribulation
The Clock is ticking...

Ch. 6-7- 7 Seals begin to be opened: emergence of the antichrist.
Ch. 8-14 - 7 Trumpets: 1/3 of humanity dies
Ch. 15-16- 7 Bowls: Wrath of God as he deals directly with sin and the curse.

Modern day sign: No matter how bad things get, God can make His servant to stand.

Romans 14:4

Matthew 28:20

Romans 8:3

I John 4:4

Hebrews 13:5

NO MATTER WHAT, WHEN THINGS GET TOUGH… THE SERVANT OF GOD CAN STILL STAND.
Events that happen during tribulation:
Murder of 2 witnesses:
--Speculation… we don’t know for sure who they will be. Guess is Enoch and Elijah. Both walked with God and were taken. Both witnessed of God during very dark times.
--So, if you want to point to the fact that Hebrews says, "its appointed unto every man to die once” and they are the only two haven’t yet. It could be surmised that this can come to pass.
----Elijah - miracle worker \\ Enoch - what it means to walk with God (testimony = murdered)
Modern day sign: God’s story will always be told.

War in the sky: There has always been a conflict
--Dealing with creation before we know time. There was a great dragon that warred in the heavens and 1/3 of all the angels fell with him as he was cast down to the earth.
--Dealing with the past. Why? God is dealing with all 3D… past present and future. He is overcoming Satan!
Modern day sign: Bible is how we win.

Great deception
Modern day sign: Truth can always be distorted.

Mark of the beast
Modern day sign: Your identity must be fixed in Christ.

Great Persecution
Modern day sign: Faith overcomes.

I John 5:4

Big Picture:
--God addresses sin in two ways: Grace or wrath.
----But sin is addressed! Either accept his grace or one day you will deal with the wrath that has to do with sin.

--God is patient, but He cannot be deceived.
----Don’t think that because God is patient with you, that he is ignorant of what you are doing.
----People think that when they do something and they are not immediately brought into some kind of response to what they did, that that means it’s okay.
------Don’t confuse patience of God, that somehow God is not going to hold us accountable.
------Gal 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.Gal 6:8 For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.
------Don’t deceive yourself, you cannot outsmart God and get past coming to terms with what you have done, Because…

--He is a God of righteousness, mercy, and holiness, which requires Him to judge. (Now with belief in Jesus… our judgement is complete. But if we live outside of Jesus as “the way” and walking his ways…)
----In his mercy he is patient. He wishes none will perish, but due to his righteousness, he will have to judge.

During the tribulation, He will judge.
Unrepentant: sinners
Rebellious: nations
Unbelieving Jews

The End of the story…

All this plays out in the midst of the adversary seeking an ultimate position… God fulfills his word to this earth and humanity as the scroll is released and the deed plays out dealing with the curse, sin and death. He will do this after being extremely merciful. And we might not see it at the time with our finite thinking, but we will look back and say, “He was a good God!”

We won’t dive into this, but after this tribulation period, Jesus will rule and reign on this earth for a millennia. In that time, we are destined to rule and reign with him. He will be our King! The devil and his fallen angels will be bound for 1000 years and thrown into the bottomless pit. For a short time after that 1000 years, Satan will be released for a short time and will deceive the nations… then He will be crushed “bruised heal, crushed head”. After that is the great white throne judgment where God will judge the dead (not the living). After that is done, we get back to what God intended in Genesis 1-3. There will be a new heaven and a new earth with no more sea and a new Jerusalem of glorious magnitude. In that, we will dwell with Him. There will be no need for the sun or moon as the Glory of God will illuminate it. “And the nations of those who are saved will walk in its light…” And from God’s throne will flow the River of Life…
Curse free living… redeemed! This is that Hallelujah!
