1. Are deceived about themselves

2. Are deceived about the gospel

3. Love to create heated arguments

4. Are corrupt

5. Have turned their back on the truth

These false teachers chose to put their loyalty in themselves rather than God...

6. They chose to use godliness as a means to material wealth

The desire to be rich will plunge us into ruin and destruction.

How do we overcome a shipwrecked faith?

1. We need to pray

2. We need to read God's Word

3. Don't hesitate to ask questions

4. Surround yourself with other believers

5. Learn to be content with what you have

6. Practice selflessness
