REVIEW OF LAST WEEK'S TAKEAWAYS (from Rachel Bishop):
1. Our words have power to bring life or bring death to ourselves and those around us. We must remember this and ask the spirit for wisdom as to when to speak and what to say.
2. When we choose to speak doubt or fear over our lives, Satan can use those words to steal, kill, and destroy the impossible that God is wanting to do in our lives.
3. When God’s Word is spoken and prayed, the Holy Spirit can unleash the impossible to happen in your lives.

SELF-REFLECTION
Write down a time that you used your words in a non-life giving way.
TAKEAWAY:
Our words are important to God and they reveal the condition of our heart. Whether we are careless with our words or not, we will have to give account. The result will either be punishment or a great reward.
2. Our WITNESS is connected to our WORDS

TAKEAWAY:
If we are the only Jesus that some people may see, our words need to be in line with what Jesus would say. (Hint: it doesn’t sound like “That was a horrible call!!”) Otherwise, our witness will be weakened and ineffective.
3. Our CONVICTION is connected to GOD'S GRACE

TAKEAWAY:
We can’t make headway with our words if we are not able to admit to our word problem, and willing to accept God’s grace. He is willing to forgive and purify us if we are able to confess and repent.
