Please stick around for a potluck right after the service! If your last name begins with A-J, please bring a side dish or salad. If it begins with K-Z, please bring a main dish.

Care Ministries - Today

During the potluck, we will have information tables setup for Stephen Ministry, Care Team, Meals Ministry, and Prayer Ministry. Drop by to learn more about each of the ministries and how you can get involved.

Family Promise - April 8

Hillside, along with the Together Church of Golden and Family Promise, will be providing a dinner on Monday, April 8 for families experiencing homelessness. If you would like to provide a portion of the meal, please contact Jennifer Wilson. She will let you know how many people we will be providing food for as soon as she receives confirmation. Food can be dropped off at Holy Shepherd Lutheran Church at 6:00pm on the 8th or delivered to Jennifer ahead of time.

Golden Women’s Clothing Swap - April 20

The Women's Clothing swap will be held on April 20 from 9:00-11:00am at Hillside. Donations can be dropped off at the church anytime on April 19.

Kids Camp/VBS - July 15

Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministers offer high-quality, one-to-one, Christ-centered, emotional and spiritual care for people in the congregations going through difficult times. If you would like to like more information about getting connected with a Stephen Minister, or if you'd like to be a Stephen Minister, please email the Stephen Ministry team at stephenministry@hillsidecommunity.org.

Prayer Ministry
The Prayer Team hosts a monthly prayer night at 7:00pm on the third Monday of the month (next: April 15). The Prayer Team is also available before and after the service if you need prayer.

Meals Ministry
The Meals Ministry is a practical way to meet the needs of others in the congregation who are welcoming a new baby or experiencing challenging circumstances. If you would like more information about providing meals, or if you yourself are in need of meals, please contact Jenny Ward.

Women's Ministry
The Saturday morning Women's Bible study meets every other Saturday at 9:00am (next: April 20). Please contact Andrea Flack or Jane Banzhaf for more information.

Men's Ministry
The Saturday morning Men's Bible Study meets every Saturday at 10:00am. Please contact David Eicher for more information. The Thursday morning Men's Bible Study meets every other Thursday at 6:00am (next: April 18). Please contact Elliot Makuh for more information.

Young Adults
The Young Adults group meets on Sunday mornings at 8:45am. For more information, contact Abby Bowen or Matt Mitchell.

Youth Group
Youth Group meets in the back of the coffee shop during service except on the 1st Sunday of the month to participate in communion. Youth Group also meets on Sunday evenings at the church from 4:00-5:30pm. Contact Val Semich for more information.

MOPS
The Golden MOPS group meets from 9:00-11:00am on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at First Baptist Church in Golden. For more information, email mopsgolden@gmail.com.
