5 Ways We Can Relate to Mary’s Story
We All Have Things In Our Life That Might Seem IMPOSSIBLE.
In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin’s name was Mary…..You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.”

We Can Be CONFUSED At God’s PLAN.
Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be…..But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary;… “How will this be,” Mary asked the angel, “since I am a virgin?”

We Are HIGHLY FAVORED By God.
The angel went to her and said, “Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.” Luke 1:28 (NIV)
So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son.
Ephesians 1:6 (NLT)
Greek word for “Highly Favored” (NIV) is charitoo which means to show kindness grace
We Need To RECEIVE That All Things Are POSSIBLE With God.
And the angel answered her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy—the Son of God…. For nothing will be impossible with God.”

Do I Believe That God Is Who He Says He Is And Can And Will Do What He Promised To Do?

We Can Choose To TRUST God.

Saying Yes To God Doesn’t Mean Everything Goes SMOOTHLY.
“Sin is unwillingness to trust that what God wants is our deepest happiness. Until I am absolutely convinced of this I will do everything I can to keep my hands on the controls of my life because I think I know better than God what I need for fulfillment.” St. Ignatius
The More You Learn To SURRENDER Control To God, The More You Will Experience The LOVE, JOY And PEACE You Desire.
What IMPOSSIBLE Situation Is God Calling Me To TRUST Him With?
