Throughout History, there have been times where the disconnect between the TEACHINGS and EXAMPLE of Jesus Christ and the ACTIONS AND ATTITUDES of those who claim to be his followers has been exposed.
If we truly know Jesus and follow Him, we will be made like Him and our IDENTITY as a Christian will be evidenced by our TESTIMONY.
Mark’s Gospel was written to tell us that God came to earth to bring an all out ASSAULT ON EVIL and to free you and I from any BONDAGE that would keep us from knowing our God, through His Son – Jesus Christ.
If you want to know who God is, look at Jesus.
If you want to know what it means to be human, look at Jesus.
If you want to know what love is, look at Jesus.
If you want to know what grief is, look at Jesus.
And go on looking until you’re not just a spectator, but your actually part of the drama which has him as the central character.

The Kingdom of God:
God coming into the world to reveal and display His POWER, GLORY AND AUTHRORITY over all powers, including the power and control of Satan in this sinful world.

When we approach Jesus we enter into His WILLINGNESS not His RELUCTANCE.
The way Jesus dealt with people THEN:
- Is the way he deals with us NOW. (He’s the same, yesterday, today and tomorrow)
- Is the way we should deal with people NOW.
- Is the way he deals with us NOW. (He’s the same, yesterday, today and tomorrow)
- Is the way we should deal with people NOW.
INSTEAD of moving away from the NEED, Jesus had compassion and touched the PERSON.
The struggle for a Christian will always be between God’s GREATER PLAN and our DESIRES.
INSTEAD of rushing to have THEIR NEEDS met, they went to bring in a friend that needed Jesus MORE.
ONCE SAVED…YOUR GREATEST NEED HAS BEEN MET!

Jesus cannot be just a GOOD TEACHER. He demands our ALL and claims to be God. Either he is the MESSIAH or a LUNATIC.
We may not all experience HEALING on this earth, but we can and must all experience FORGIVENESS.
Truly understanding FORGIVENESS is the key to our:
