Someone is Praying for Me

I.My friends are praying for me.
A.Acts 12:1-5 NASB Now about that time Herod the king laid hands on some who belonged to the church, to do them harm. 2 And he had James the brother of John executed with a sword. 3 When he saw that it pleased the Jews, he proceeded to arrest Peter as well. (Now these were the days of Unleavened Bread.) 4 When he had arrested him, he put him in prison, turning him over to four squads of soldiers to guard him, intending only after the Passover to bring him before the people. 5 So Peter was kept in the prison, but prayer for him was being made to God intensely by the church.
B.Our faith may not be perfect, but we pray to the One who is!
C.Our true friends pray for us even when we are at our worst. Galatians 6:1-2 NLT Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. 2 Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ.
II.Jesus is praying for me.
A.Hebrews 7:23-25 There were many priests under the old system, for death prevented them from remaining in office. 24 But because Jesus lives forever, his priesthood lasts forever. 25 Therefore he is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through him. He lives forever to intercede with God on their behalf.
B.Luke 22:31-32 NIV “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat. 32 But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.”
III.The Holy Spirit is praying for me.
A.Romans 8:26-27 NASB Now in the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know what to pray for as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; 27 and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
B.Expressions of the Spirit - “The same in essence; different in purpose”
1.“Messages” in tongues that should be “interpreted”
2.“Worship and witness” in The Spirit
a)Tongues of Angels
b)Known but unlearned tongues
