Preparation Question: Where have you seen the mercy of God displayed in your life?
1. God's sovereignty does not excuse us from responsibility. (v. 19-21)
2. The just wrath of God reveals just how merciful He really is. (v. 22-24)
3.God is in control of where you spend eternity, so stop making excuses and simply trust Him.

1. What doctrinal questions have given you pause or tested your faith?
2. How do we reconcile the mysteries of God with our limited understanding and push through to faith?
3. If God is in control, why are we still held accountable?
4. How does the wrath of God, as revealed by the reality of Hell, display the mercy of God, which accepts believers into Heaven?
