As we look through the scriptures, we come to understand that God works in seasons. Each of us will have seasons of summer; seasons of winter, autumn or spring; seasons where we sow, where we reap; seasons when we are tilling the soil; seasons of victory where we are high on the mountain tops; and other times when we are in the valley and are needing to hold fast to our Creator. This morning, we look at this current season and the one to come, and the way that we need faith in every season of our lives. Let’s allow God to lift up our heads. Let’s allow him to take our focus off all that is going on around us. Let’s put our trust in his Word and ask him to help us see his mighty hand at work.
1. Faith in this season
- The Israelites lost confidence when they came to the promised land.
- Many believers are shrinking back, but this is the time to advance.
- We need faith for singleness, faith for marriage, faith to be a parent and faith to be a child – faith for everything.

2. Faith in the season to come
- We need to consecrate ourselves for the season ahead.
- There is always opposition when we move forward with God.
- Redeemer needs faith to move into the new building and reach people.
- We need to use our faith by doing the work of reaching out to others.

Now is the time to reach out and make disciples of the nation of Mauritius.
