It was planned by the Father before creation, conceived by the Son when He died on the cross, and born on the Day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit began the ministry of spiritual baptism. What is the difference between the Baptism and the Filling of the Spirit?
Baptism is when I have all of the Holy Spirit - Filling is when He has all of me.
Baptism is instantaneous and permanent - Filling is to be continuous
We are never commanded to seek the baptism of the Holy Spirit - We a commanded to be filled with the Spirit
The Baptism of the Holy Spirit may have no natural experience or evidence - The filling is alway experiential and evident
