Winter – Session 4
Anticipated

Jesus is the promised Messiah.
LUKE 2:25-38

This time of year is filled with anticipation. We might have expectations for receiving a particular gift, for the people we will see, or the activities in which we will participate. No doubt, some of the things we have anticipated meet our expectations and some do not. In today’s lesson, the anticipation of the Messiah did not disappoint two people who had waited for His birth.

What do you anticipate most during the Christmas season? Does it usually fulfill your expectation or leave you wanting?

Our emotional responses are vitally important to our relationship with God and with others. They are a great opportunity for us to grow in Christlikeness and love.

Bible Reading Plans 2021

We encourage everyone to read the Bible for their personal growth, edification, and to be able to share the Gospel with others.

https://www.fbckeller.org/ministries/adult-discipleship/bible-reading-plans-2021

We offer four different Bible reading plans, each simply designed to help and encourage you as you strive to grow in your Christian walk and faith. Each is available to download for free, or you can pick up a printed copy in the church foyer.

Schedule Updates

Beginning December 20, 2020, we will have changes to our regular schedule. See details here.

https://www.fbckeller.org/about/services-and-schedule/schedule-updates

Rotating Worship Schedule for Adult Bible Study Classes

We are asking each of our Adult Bible Study Classes to rotate to one of our designated remote worship areas (either the Gym or the LOFT) once per month during Worship Service times. This only affects the Worship Service times (8:30 and 11:00 a.m.) and does not affect your Sunday school class time or location. This rotation schedule allows for adequate social distancing during Worship Service times. Thank you for your support and cooperation.

Health and Safety Policy

Our goal is to provide a safe, fully staffed environment in which to teach our children the truth of God’s Word. Our core policies, upon which we will be operating, are posted on our website. Thank you for your patience, service, and love for one another during these unique days.
