Lotso the bear allowed his hurt to hurt people. Lotso the bear was angry that he accidentally got left, so he took over the day care. Leftover anger spoils life and sours relationships. Some of you are living like this. Your whole life is framed by what happened to you 10 years ago or 20 years ago.

When we forgive, anger gets dissolved even when the issue is not resolved.
Why should we forgive? Because I will need forgiveness again.
We are never more like our God then when we choose to forgive someone who has hurt us
Why should we forgive? Because forgiveness frees us.
It takes right actions to trigger right feelings.
