Discussion Questions

1. In 2 Kings 4, the widow faced a seemingly hopeless situation. Is there an area of your life, a challenge you face, or a relationship where you are tempted to let an attitude of defeat take control of your heart? <br><br>2. Like the story of the widow, God often asks us to take a step of faith by placing a resource we currently have into God’s hands. Then God can multiply that. Share some examples of this step of faith.<br><br>3. When it comes to evangelism, we are called to “set out a jar for God to fill.” Examples include praying for the One Life God has put on your heart, inviting someone to attend Alpha or worship, or even initiating a friendship or conversation. Share what jar you sense God is calling you to set out.
