Repentance = a change of mind that leads to a changed heart that leads to a change in direction.

Acts of the Apostles 2:41-47

You and I have been sold a lie when it comes to maintaining our spiritual momentum, and it all revolves around our feelings. We see the word devoted or devotion, and we think, “They felt something.” Most people even define devotion as feelings of ardent love. But feelings have nothing to do with devotion. It is a decision. An act of the will. A commitment. A purpose. If you’re going to regain your spiritual momentum, then you are going to have to be consistent and constant. Not for an hour on Sunday, but minute by minute, day by day, week, by week, month by month. If you’re going to keep your spiritual momentum going, then you’re going to have to stop listening to your feelings and start doing what you know and following through. Stop feeling and start following through.

Stop basing your spiritual walk on feeling and start following through.

All the believers continually devoted themselves….
Devoted = the commitment to a purpose; to persevere, follow through and practice something continually
